What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

New-release signup: your first name (optional) and email address.
License requests: your name, email address, the song you're interested in, and whatever you tell us about your project.

We don't ask for payment information, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

To email you when a new WADR song is released, if you signed up for that.
To answer a license request, including sending a private listening link and licensing terms.

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

This site and its forms run on Wix, which stores form submissions for us and hosts the song previews and artwork. Wix may use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site and forms working. Its handling of data is described in the Wix privacy policy. If we send you a private listening link, it may be hosted by a file-sharing or audio service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps a small anonymous token in your browser so the forms can submit. We don't use advertising trackers. The site doesn't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, since it doesn't track you across other sites.

Your choices

Unsubscribe: every release email includes a way to unsubscribe.
See, correct or delete your information: send us a request and we'll take care of it.
Nevada residents: we don't sell personal information. You can still send us a request to opt out of any future sale.

To make any of these requests, use the contact form and say what you'd like us to do.

How long we keep it

Signup information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. License request details are kept as long as needed to handle the request and keep records of any license granted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
